Kudos to Squarespace!

Just completed updating my web site and wanted to give a huge shout out to Squarespace.
Love the platform. Once I got the hang of using the templates, and style and design editors, it was pretty easy to create, edit and update my site so it was easily read on any smart device. The Help section is great as well. Found answers to most of my questions there.
More importantly the help I received online was awesome. My questions were answered quickly, usually with links to references I could check to walk me through the issues I had. Most of the issues were not issues but more of "here's what I would like to do, here's what I have tried, what am I missing". When I called the company who previously hosted my site to ask a very simple question I was put on hold three times, and the answer was not correct. Go figure.
In addition, I learned more about SEO than I ever thought I would know. Little things, like how to name the photos used in your site as they are indexed by the search engines. How to use the Google webmaster tools to increase the listing of your site in the search results. Very cool stuff for a tech enthusiast who is not a trained techie. And it worked!
So kudos to Squarespace. If you are thinking of designing your own web site, whether for a business or a personal site or for an event (wedding, anniversary, reunion) give Squarespace a try.
