Chris has worked throughout his career to develop new ventures and businesses for
Venture backed and Fortune 500 companies. It is from this experience that Chris
understands the importance of sweating the details, having authored business plans,
developed detailed financial models and in-depth market assessments, crafted realistic
business models, performed due diligence on investment opportunities and connected
ventures with strategic and financial resources. He has also worked closely with C-Level
executives to define and build organizations, recruiting talented executives in a variety of
functional disciplines, in executing approved business plans for new ventures.

 | | TrashCo, Inc. (dba Flings Bins) - An early stage venture, 50% owned by Waste | | | Management, launching an innovative new consumer product in the trash collection
and recycling segment called Flings Pop-Up Bins. The product won the Silver Medal in
the 2012 Edison Awards for Innovation, CPG Household category, with Tide's PODS
taking the Gold.

| | Evergreen Innovation Partners, LLP - A new breed of company, called Innovation | | | Capitalists, that assists inventors and small companies in transforming their
invention into an innovation. Evergreen IP performs market and IP research before
investing their own capital to prepare an invention for market introduction. They
then introduce the market-ready product to targeted partners, primarily in the
Consumer Products and Consumer Electronics industries.

| | Ardtully Technologies, Inc. - Developed a Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud-based, | | | platform that redistributes digital media owned by a consumer to the consumer's
media playback devices authenticated by the company's servers, attaching the
content license to the USER, not the device, simplifying digital content distribution
and consumption. Ardtully's platform became the basis for the Digital Entertainment
Content Ecosystem's (DECE) digital rights locker solution for consumer device
interoperability, called Ultraviolet, now being rolled out in CE devices and within
digital content.
