

Biography
Chris is currently working with several
growth stage ventures, including
TrashCo. Inc., a venture 50% owned
by Waste Management Corporation,
on the launch of an innovative new
product for the collection of Trash and
Recycling materials called Flings Pop-Up
Bins (www.flingsbins.com). Chris
recently assisted, in an advisory role to the syndicate leader, in the carve out of
the Tele-Healthcare division of Bayer Diagnostics Corporation, called Viterion.
Previously Chris worked extensively with companies in the Interactive Media,
Cable, Entertainment, Music, Technology and Consumer Electronics industries on
a number of pioneering initiatives that used emerging technologies to create
innovative new ventures, products and services. This includes Ardtully
Technology’s digital rights locker and download service, called Rosetta, which
became an integral part of the Ultra Violet content sharing methodology among
CE devices developed by the Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE),
Coherent Media Network’s digital media management and home distribution
platform, and several projects for global consumer electronics powerhouse
Panasonic, including the development of the first interactive TV and the first
music download service to a portable device, yes, even before Apple’s iPod.
In addition, Chris worked on the formation of a JV for three former RBOCS
(telephone companies) and Creative Artists Agency, called TELE-TV, to develop
a suite of interactive services and cable programming for distribution over a
wired and wireless broadband networks. This JV was the predecessor to what is
now Verizon's FiOS division.
One of Chris’ clients, Michael Lamb, CEO of Ardtully Technologies, remarked, “In

Chris holds an MBA in Finance, with distinction, from The Sellinger School of
Business and Management at Loyola University in Maryland and a BA in
Economics and Business Administration from McDaniel College.
Chris is an avid golfer, skier and fitness enthusiast who cycles with his former tri-
athlete wife when he wishes to be humiliated. He is also working hard to improve
his swimming stroke and his conversational skills in Spanish.
