|Represented Panasonic in the business discussions of Project Nigel, an exploration |
|by BMG, Universal Music Group, AT&T and Panasonic, to develop the first global |
digital music distribution platform, music (MP3) player, a secure digital rights
management (DRM) algorithm, music download service and technology licensing body
|Restructured Panasonic's business relationship with ReplayTV, one of the pioneers of |
|personal video recording (PVR) technology, prior to ReplayTV's sale, insuring service |
continuity for Panasonic's customers and the protection of Panasonic's investment
|Performed the operational review of CBS Cable's Network Services Division, |
|developing and implementing a restructuring plan that returned the business to |
profitability prior to its sale to Ascent Media
|The creation of the Tele-TV JV between former RBOCS Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, Pacific Bell |
|and Creative Artists Agency. Recruited by the JV partners to assist in the launch of |
the Media Division in Los Angeles, working closely with former executives from CBS,
Coca Cola and several who launched the Fox TV Network.
